We value your order and are committed to ensuring its prompt processing. As each of our pieces is carefully handmade with love, the order will be shipped once we have confirmed that the chosen model is available and that your payment has been approved.

Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Depending on your location and local customs, shipping may take up to 2–4 weeks.

In case of out of stock, delivery time is between 4-6 weeks approx.

Free shipping on purchases over 100€.

Important Information:
Please ensure that your address details are correct when placing your order. MysMis is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address or for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Sometimes, your country may charge a tax or duty fee for importing goods in your order. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. If your package has not been delivered after a relatively long period, please check if you have received any related letters or documents.

During the holiday promotions, orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, not applying the usual delivery time periods.

To ensure the highest security and speed, all orders are shipped through private couriers.
